Add a line to a PDF page.

ObjPdfDoc : a ObjPdfDoc object to detroy
ObjPdfPage : the page object where the text will be added
[F F] : the first point position in the page (x, y coordinates)
[F F] : the second point position in the page (x, y coordinates)
F : the line width
I : the line color (RGB)

Return : I 0 on success, NIL otherwise
