_gtkAdjustementSets defines the mostly common setting of an Adjustments object.

• ObjGtkAdjustment : an Adjustments object


• F : current value. If nil, the current value is kept.


• F : lower value. If nil, the current value is kept.


• F : upper value. If nil, the current value is kept.


• Return ObjGtkAdjustment : the same object or nil if an error occurs.
